Objective
We kicked off our work with Zoomo focused on growing their B2C market in Australia with a goal to become the world’s largest provider of LEVs. We started with a social strategy to ensure we had a consistent approach to the development of content and guidelines for how we engage with our social audience. The Zoomo business then started seeing huge potential with B2B deals and we pivoted to a B2B Social Media Marketing. Following fresh capital investment, the business made the shift and we were tasked with shaking up our strategy.
What we did
We were tasked with adapting our retainer to support a B2B Social Media Marketing. To do this we shifted our strategy to respond to a B2B market, establishing new content pillars and channel purpose. We built the strategy around a content ecosystem, designed to drive leads through the marketing funnel with content specifically feeding TOFU, MOFU and BOTF customer needs. This was supported by an always on content strategy for LinkedIn.
