KCON is a touring Korean pop and culture convention featuring some of the biggest pop stars in the world, which toured to Australia for the first time in 2017.
Brandalism worked with Ticketek’s TEG Live division and the media company CJ E&M to build hype for the event from scratch for the first Australian KCON ever.
KCON Australia required the creation of an initial social media visual aesthetic, social media guidelines and the creation of a consistent tone of voice.
We grew and then nurtured this unique community and delved into the intricacies of Korean pop culture, working with multiple partners to achieve the best possible result.
We produced interactive and engaging social media content, set up an always-on community management offering, grew the pages and covered the 2-day event live.
