Linkedin Training for a Leading Australian Courier Service
Linkedin Training / Professional Services / Social Media Strategy
After the successful rebrand from Fastway Couriers to Aramex, Brandalism was tasked with providing LinkedIn training to the marketing team in order to drive internal uptake of the platform and develop B2B awareness of the brand across LinkedIn. The objectives were to engage consumers, create awareness across potential courier partners and generate a sense of excitement across internal stakeholders. We were tasked with helping the team cement a voice, create a point of difference, grow the channel, increase engagement and develop a strong footing within the competitive set.
What we did
We divided our LinkedIn training strategy into three training sessions that educated the Aramex marketing team on the inner workings and strategic elements of LinkedIn. This LinkedIn strategy was split into three parts: Part 1 was understanding the nuances of the platform, the foundations of the page and all the tricks and tactics that can be implemented to monitor competitors and listen for conversation. Next came the development of Aramex’s voice and opportunities in the space and thirdly, the rollout plan.
“Collaborating with Tracy Fitzgerald and the team at Brandalism is always rewarding. At Aramex we have really reaped the benefits of Tracy’s extensive knowledge and insights on the use of social media within marketing campaigns. Tracy has the innate ability to break down complicated concepts and present them in a way that easily makes sense. She is warm, funny and a natural teacher. Whenever we have asked for her assistance, she goes above and beyond to deliver at the highest level. I would have no hesitation in recommending Brandalism.”
